Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers modern and comfortable rooms with a signature smell that may be overwhelming for some, but the higher floors provide a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, although there is a slight insistence on upfront payments. The central location near Tottenham Court Road station makes it perfect for exploring London, shopping, and dining. However, the dining options can be a bit pricey and below expectations.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and had all the creature comforts, but the design was a bit odd and the temperature was not ideal. The service, while from staff of middle eastern origin, was attentive and made my stay special. The location was very convenient for exploring the city easily, but the surroundings deteriorated over my multiple visits. The dining options were excellent, with a nice buffet selection, but could be pricier. Overall, an average stay with some highlights and downsides.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was not serviced at all during my 5-day stay, which was a major downside. However, the location was excellent, very close to all major attractions, and the mid-sized room felt surprisingly spacious thanks to the clever layout. I appreciated the thoughtful treats left in the room, along with the heating on and blinds rolled down for me.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were a decent size, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nice. However, it was a bit noisy due to street sounds. The service was amazing, the staff were outgoing and fun, but the limited menu and outdated environments were a downside. The location was brilliant, offering a peaceful oasis despite being close to the hustle and bustle. The dining experience offered great service, but more menu variety would have been appreciated. Overall, a great stay worth the price.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and spacious with amazing design; however, the loudest vent for pumping fresh air into the room made sleeping nearly impossible. The service was top-notch, the staff were super friendly and so helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Soho, China Town, and the West End. The dining experience was very good overall, but the room service was unavailable at times. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The hotel is nice, with some room issues but great service, a lovely location, and good dining options. The value for money is excellent.
The hotel offers fantastic room sizes with a huge bed and a spacious, modern bathroom separated by a striking glass wall. While it may seem a bit plain compared to the vibrant lobby, the room emanates a fun and stylish vibe with its trendy colors, cool sheer and gold curtains, and customizable contemporary lighting. The service is exceptional, with a team that is incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful at every touchpoint. The location is ideal, within a short stroll to various eateries, including the bustling Oxford Circus and Chinatown, but slightly marred by nearby construction noise. The dining experience, though pricey, delivers excellent service, particularly with fresh sushi. The facilities are top-notch, enhancing the overall stay experience.
The hotel's rooms were a bit tired and lacking modern travel essentials like USB sockets and easy-to-reach outlets. Some details were not high-end considering the price point, such as the towel rail being out of reach of the shower. On the positive side, the service was very friendly and welcoming. The location had its ups and downs, with a mix of street sleepers nearby but also being close to popular spots like Oxford Street. The dining experience varied, with excellent service at the bar but room for improvement in the restaurant. The facilities were adequate but could use some updates.
The hotel had a vibrant and stylish vibe with colorful decor and contemporary lighting, making it a fun stay. However, the loud vent made it hard to sleep at times. Early room readiness was convenient for our packed schedule.
